Your information is used to operate, maintain, and improve the platform; authenticate your identity; execute and monitor trading strategies on your behalf; communicate service updates; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure in the United States. We use encryption in transit and at rest, IAM-based access controls, and follow industry-standard security practices. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
4. Third-Party Services
The platform integrates with third-party services including Interactive Brokers (brokerage execution), Auth0 (authentication), and Google Cloud services (infrastructure and AI). Each service operates under its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary for these integrations to function.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@aperturescience.trading. We will respond to requests within 30 days.
